Declaration
function IsBackPossible: Boolean;  

Description
The IsBackPossible method returns True if current Folder is not root-directory and it is possible to go to up-level folder. When it returns False, this means that the dcFolderListView currently shows content of the root folder (i.e: C:\, D:\ etc).
